Crowdfunding a Deal

We offer creators and entrepreneurs a Crowdfunding SmartContract As A Service that uses our Liquidity Vaults as an escrow tool to guarantee the safety of your investor's deposits.

Every Decentralized Liquidity Offering has to lock between 75% and 100% of the currency deposited into the crowdfunding smart contract in ETH, xDAi, etc. as the underlying liquidity that underpins the token presale.

To guarantee market fairness, all tokens purchased are released to presale investors only after a successful crowdfunding SmartContract has added liquidity to the decentralized exchange to facilitate the autonomous locking of the project's UNIv2 LP tokens in the protocol's Liquidity Vault.

A Decentralized Liquidity Offering is deemed successful only when the SoftCap or the HardCap set by the project owners is met. Aftwerwards, a publicly callable function will appear on the presale page allowing anyone to end the capital raise.

The SmartContract will proceed to create a token pair on the decentralized exchange chosen by the project owners (i.e. Uniswap). The UNIv2 LP tokens will be locked in the vult according to the project parameters and instantly allow the presale investors to withdraw their tokens representing thei investment in the project.
